1. Payment Terms:
BKnown will charge your credit card in full upon acceptance of your order.

2. Shipment Method
BKnown will ship your order according the shipping method we see fit. BKnown will purchase freight insurance to cover any damage that might arise during the shipment. We will not, however, bear any responsibility for delivery issues, delay or loss arising from incorrect shipping information provided by you.

3. Artwork Modifications
BKnown will provide minor artwork modifications (such as changing the color, size, or placement) free of charge. If more extensive modifications are required, we will provide you a written quote for approval before proceeding.

4. Quality Guarantee
First quality and Custom Ordered items are not returnable. Once a shipment is received, you have 7 days to return any defective items for a refund or replacement. Please contact a Customer Service Representative at 021-52285386 for a Return Authorization number and the return instructions.
All returns require a Return Authorization number from us.

5. Warranty
BKnown warranties most items against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the shipment date. For Cat Shoes, BKnown will pass through to you the full warranty provided by the manufacturer.
